ABOUT THE ARTIST, LaVerne M. Cutrone: Originally from the northern Ohio snowbelt, I now live in Vero Beach, (almost 15 years), the most incredible city of beaches, waterways and Live Oaks! My passion is professional graphic design (using computer software to create artworks, illustrations, graphics, manipulating images, designs and photo trickery! I also specialize in: website design, magazine advertising, company logos, business graphics, convention banners, posters, brochures, fliers, business card design, book covers, animations, T-shirt designs, CD covers, photo wizardry, private computer tutoring, and more. **PHOTO TRICKERY or photo manipulation involves changing the appearance of a photograph or an image by adding or removing elements.This photo-trickery is achieved by using graphics software, specially made for photo enhancement. People, objects, colors and backgrounds can be added or removed with amazing results! Old photos that are discolored or need a face lift can also benefit from digital touch-ups. Photo wizardry transforms fun ideas into "digital reality". (oxymoron). Sample of photo manipulation is shown to left. A face was added to a Mr. Peanut image.
